Over the last few days I have been thinking about Celia's post about celebrity "twin" babies and would just like to point out that the following are no longer pregnant (though in most cases not sharing a baby birthdate with any of them isn't making me all that sad). However, since we are still without a name maybe we could get some inspiration from these latest Hollywood additions...then again, maybe not:
David Alan Grier (and his apparently not famous and therefore unnamed wife): girl named Luisa Danbi
Courtney Thorne-Smith: boy named Jacob Emerson
Stella McCartney: boy named Beckett Robert Lee
So the countdown begins and maybe sooner than later I can join the ranks of my celebrity "twins". In that vein, I went to the doctor today for what I hope will be my last pre-natal appointment. Kenny is arriving on Friday - HOORAY!! and we have scheduled an induction for next Tuesday. If we're really lucky the baby will make his appearance before then, but not before Kenny. Then six weeks after that, new baby, Caleb and I will head back to Peru where we will be for a few months before packing up and heading to Venezuela. I keep thinking that our lives are going to settle into some sort of routine, but 2008 doesn't seem to be the year for that.

Celia's going to love that. I wish I looked like Toni Collette pregnant.
That is who Nicole had a baby with? It is obvious that she had a drinking problem. Ew.
So funny, Toni Collette and I have the same maternity dress.
I wear mine with a Shade shirt, of course.
I was going to talk about Nicole's baby who now has my last name for her first name... weird I think. Good luck next week! It is so exciting!!
Oh those are some good celebrity twins. I can't wait for your kid to beat them up.
I am so excited to have another nephew. I feel for you, at least you know you will not be going over your due date, that was the worst!! Give Caleb kisses for me!
Oh, thank you thank you. I didn't realize Christina had delivered! I'm so glad you got all of their names for us, as well. I will be referring to this post often.
Keep that sucker in for another couple of days, but then I am expecting a detailed birth story and photos. Please deliver.
First, I thought a name had been long ago decided upon? Was that one scratched? I am so out of the loop.
Second, induction. They tried that with me, and when it didn't progress "fast enough" they encouraged, and I naively agreed to, a cesarean. Don't follow my example. Just say no to the c-section in that scenario.
Third, in that pile of red tape are you sure it only takes six weeks for them to give the baby medical clearance? I have always been told eight...hope you are right.
Fourth, and finally, glad Kenny is on his way!
great post...and very entertaining. Can't wait to hear about the arrival of your new little one!
I should have read this post first!!! Does this mean you're having your baby today?!!!! MAYBE??!!!
Toni Collette's boobs look so weird in that dress.
Venezuela?! Are you excited? I hadn't heard yet where you were headed! Mexico is the next stop, right??
Well written article.
